Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tworst Admin — the tw-adminmenu FiveM resource, the web panel at panel.tworst.com, the Discord bot, and the Discord Activity (together, the "Service"), operated by Tworst ("we", "us"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tworst Admin lets FiveM (Cfx.re) server owners and their staff moderate and manage their game servers — from in-game, from the web panel, and from Discord. Features include player moderation, server monitoring, team and whitelist management, and related administration tools.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You sign in with your Discord account and are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under it.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age Discord requires in your country.
• You may only use the Service to manage FiveM servers that you own or are authorised to administer.

3. Licenses & purchases

• Access is granted through a license purchased via our Tebex store, with the entitlements described at the point of sale.
• Purchases are handled by Tebex and subject to its checkout and refund process. A refund or chargeback may result in the associated license being revoked.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the paid Service or your license, except for components we explicitly publish under an open-source license (for example, the Discord bot, released under the MIT License).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
• use it to harass or harm players, or to collect data without a legitimate server-administration purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our infrastructure;
• reverse engineer or redistribute the paid Service except as permitted above;
• violate the Discord Terms of Service, the Cfx.re/FiveM Terms of Service, or any applicable law.

5. Your data & responsibilities

When you connect your FiveM server, the Service processes data from that server (such as player identifiers, character names, and moderation logs) so that you can administer it. You are responsible for that data and for having the authority and any notices or consents required to process it, and you are solely responsible for the moderation actions you take through the Service. 6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Discord (login, bot, Activity), Tebex (payments and licensing), and Cfx.re/FiveM. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Tworst and protected by law. Except for components released under an open-source license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your license is valid.

8. Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tworst will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or servers, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
